
Megan Collins is Vice President - Human Resources for GE Capital Australia and New Zealand.
Megan joined GE in January 1997 on the Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP). While on the HRLP, Megan held various HR Generalist roles within GE in Australia and also developed and led the Graduate Recruitment program across GE in Australia and New Zealand. She was also involved in a number of acquisitions and integrations.
In 1999, Megan moved to the United States to work in the GE Capital Corporate Executive Compensation Team.
In 2000, she returned to GE Money in Australia where she spent five years in several HR roles, including the Project Leader for the Oracle HR implementation, HR Integration Leader for the AGC Acquisition, several Senior HR Generalist roles and, in 2003, Megan also assumed responsibility for Industrial and Employee Relations across the GE Money business in Australia.
In July 2004, Megan joined GE Commercial Finance Australia and New Zealand as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role Megan was responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the Human Resource function within GE Commercial Finance.
Megan holds an undergraduate Arts degree from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Politics and Business Development, and also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
